2017–2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 High-Performance Intercooler Kit

A large-capacity, bolt-in intercooler upgrade for 2017–2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 models. Treal designed this kit to improve charge-air cooling while retaining the factory mounting location and top cover.

Current supplier lead time: approximately 2–3 weeks. These intercoolers are built in-house and ship in the order purchases are received.

• Approximately 90% more core volume than the factory intercooler
• Treal reports intake-air-temperature reductions of up to 60°F
• 10.25 × 12 × 3.5-inch, 15-row bar-and-plate core

Fitment and installation

Designed for 2017–2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 models. Some trimming is required because the upgraded intercooler is substantially larger than the factory unit. An intercooler override switch may improve low-speed cooling performance but is not included.
