Let’s get the right parts the first time

SXS fitment can get confusing fast—model years, machine width, trim packages, suspension options, and previous modifications can all make a difference. If you’re unsure about fitment, please reach out before ordering. We would much rather help you double-check a part now than have you wrestle it back into a shipping box later.

Email us at info@throttleterrain.com with your machine’s year, make, exact model or trim, and any relevant modifications. Photos are always helpful too.

Cancellations and returns

Because many of our products are ordered specifically for your machine or shipped directly from our suppliers, all canceled and returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover supplier restocking charges, payment-processing costs, and the work involved in ordering, receiving, and returning specialized parts.

Before returning anything

Please contact us before sending a product back. We’ll help review the order and provide the correct next steps. Sending an item back without contacting us first can slow everything down—and nobody wants their parts wandering around the country unsupervised.

Fitment questions are always welcome

Expensive doesn’t automatically mean better, and the most popular part isn’t always the right part for your build. Tell us how you use your machine and what you’re trying to improve. We’ll do our best to point you toward something that actually makes sense.
